ENHANCED
- USA, Canada, and Mexico are now pinned to the top of the country list when entering patient demographics.
- The overbooking option in appointment types has been redesigned for a clearer understanding of what it applies to.
- Claims reconciliation now supports searching by date or date range, plus multiselect, to narrow your search.
- Updates to the patient case screens, in preparation for a future release.
- Update to the ICD-10 format.
- The system created "Default Fee Schedule" is now called Base Offerings to avoid confusion.
- Insurance Claims screens no longer use separate Submitted and Paid tabs. A new status column shows each claim's status, and the quick info boxes at the top are clickable to filter claims by that status.
- The Create Patient screen now includes full demographics options, so you can add more detail at the time of creation if you'd like.
- Updated the "Apply To" option on the payment screen, making it easier to see which ledger a payment is being applied to.
FIXED
- Claims reconciliation now allows for a $0 payment.
- You can now use the spinal listing macro and Gonstead macro while creating a macro.
- Fixed date of birth showing off by a day in the appointment scheduling modal.
- Fixed a bug causing the incorrect time to show for SMS scheduled texts.
- Deleting a card tied to a recurring payment no longer causes the recurring payment details to fail to load.
- Removing a provider from a clinic now correctly removes them from that clinic's list, since they no longer have access.
- You can now edit and update the fee schedule assigned to a patient case.
- Fixed a bug where a dash was being incorrectly added to the suffix on Patient Acct # on the claim, pushing it past the 20-character limit and requiring users to go into Claim.MD to resolve it.
