SMS Two-Way Texting & Appointment Reminders — Now Available
SMS messaging is officially here! This was the #1 most-requested feature on our feedback board, and it's now live as an optional add-on (not included in your base NEO package).
Getting Started Sign up takes just a few steps: select your SMS package and phone number, then complete a one-time FCC registration ($19.50 fee). Note that FCC approval is required before you can send or receive any messages — this typically takes 2–4 weeks.

Overage: $0.03/message. Messages over 160 characters count as multiple SMS. Usage resets the 1st of each month; unused messages do not roll over.

- Self Registration Notifications — Real-time notifications when a patient books through Self Registration.
Bug Fixes & Enhancements
- Fixed: Provider selection now persists when navigating away from the schedule.
- User preferences (week view, dark/light theme, column picker) now save between sessions.
- Provider images load faster and more reliably on the schedule view.
