We are officially in the final stretch of one of the most exciting features we’ve built in NEO. Care Packages are nearly ready, and we could not be more pumped about what this is going to unlock for you.

💲 A Little Ledger Prep for the Big Launch…
As we gear up for Care Packages, we’ve redesigned the balance boxes on the Patient Ledger.
 
Don’t worry — nothing is changing with how balances function. We’re simply refreshing the look to better support what’s coming next.
  • A cleaner look.
  • Better organization.
  • Ready for Care Packages to move in.
 
These updates will help create clearer visibility between balances and set the stage for everything Care Packages will bring.

 
While we’re wrapping up Care Packages, we’ve also rolled out some improvements you can start enjoying right now.
 
🎨 Schedule Glow-Up = More Visibility, Less Scrolling
We know how important it is to see as much of your schedule as possible at one time. So we made updates that do exactly that:
  • Appointments are now solid colored — cleaner and easier to scan
  • Dates are now black/white so they stand out instantly
  • Redesigned provider dropdown with improved spacing to fit more of your day on screen
  • Self-registration link added directly to the Schedule — now available to all users, not just admins 🎉
  • Smaller date box to maximize visible schedule space
  • Rearranged “Show Canceled Appointments” and interval selector to display more time without extra scrolling
Bottom line:
👉 More schedule on your screen.
 👉 Less clicking.
 👉 Less scrolling.

📝 MyNEOHealth (patient portal) Forms – Added Protection + Quiet Improvements
We’ve also made some smart enhancements to MNH forms to protect your work and improve reliability.
 
Here’s what’s new:
  • After 10 minutes of inactivity, a timeout warning will display
  • A 5-minute countdown will appear on the screen
  • The browser tab will flash as a visual reminder that the session is about to expire
  • Choose “Stay Logged In” or “Log Out”
  • No action? The system will automatically log the user out
  • Upon return, the login screen will display
 
These updates are designed to prevent unexpected timeouts and help safeguard your data.
 
We also implemented some behind-the-scenes improvements to strengthen overall form stability and ensure information displays as expected. These updates are subtle — you likely won’t notice them — but they’re working in the background to make things even more reliable.
