Clinic Dashboard Enhancements
We polished the dashboard to make key info clearer at a glance:
  • Charges are now the default view
  • Charges Overview and Charges Subtypes stay expanded
  • Patient Transactions list displays automatically
  • Clear definitions:
    • Charges = what you billed
    • Payments = how the money came in

Case Types Update 🗂️✨
We made some improvements to Case Types to set the stage for even smoother billing updates coming your way. Think strong foundation, exciting future 🏗️🚀
• All clinics now have standard case types available: (If your clinic already had these, no changes were made)
◦ Cash
◦ Insurance
 ◦ Medicare
 ◦ Medicaid
 ◦ PI/WC
• Patients without a case type will now be automatically assigned a Cash case
• Case type is now required in key places to keep billing clean and consistent:
◦ Patient creation
 ◦ Appointment scheduling
 ◦ Chart notes

🛠️ WHAT’S FIXED

Download Button Issue (MyNEOHealth Portal) 🔍
  • Fixed an issue where some documents lost their Download button
  • Downloads are now working as expected ✅
Ledger + Chart Notes Sync
  • Fixed an issue where charges could disappear when added while a chart note was open
  • With improved two-way sync:
    • Add charges in the ledger or chart note
    • They’ll stay put and show up everywhere they should
Quick Fix: Discounts
  • Fixed a bug where increasing units and adding a discount caused incorrect calculations
  • Discounts are now calculating correctly and behaving as expected 🎯
