🩺 Chart Notes Just Got a Major Glow-Up! 🎨✨
We gave the Chart Note screen a full-on facelift — faster, cleaner, and more powerful than ever! Here’s what’s new (and seriously awesome):
🌟 All-in-One Power View
·         Services + Diagnoses now live side by side with your note — everything you need, all in one place!
·         Add up to 12 diagnosis codes (because sometimes, one just doesn’t tell the whole story 😉).
·         Link diagnoses to services and use drag & drop to reorder for total control and cleaner notes.
📁 Smarter Case Linking
  • If your appointment already has a linked case, you’ll now see the case name right on the chart note.
  • Date of Condition and Date of Onset fields? Automatically filled in from the case — easy! 
  • Want to link a case? Just choose one from the Case dropdown and it’s instantly connected — no screen-hopping required.
  • Need a new case? Tap “Assign New Case”, fill it out, and it’ll automatically link right back to your note.
  • Switch cases or unlink anytime — your note updates instantly and keeps everything tidy.
🧩 SOAP Sections, Your Way
  • You can now drag to expand or collapse each S, O, A, and P section for more visibility and cleaner navigation.
  • Focus only on what you need, when you need it — your chart, your flow, your way. 🙌

🔕 Customizable Appointment Email Reminders
Take control of which appointment email reminders get sent.
New options:
  • Disable email reminders for specific appointment types
  • Disable email reminders for individual appointments
This gives you flexibility to reduce unnecessary notifications while keeping the ones that matter.

Supplement History in MyNEOHealth Patient Portal
Patients can now view their complete supplement schedule history in the MyNEOHealth Patient Portal. Patients will now see two tabs:
  • Active – displays the most recent published supplement schedule 
  • Previous – shows all previously published supplement schedules
This gives patients better visibility into their supplement timeline.

📋 Import Health History to Demographics
Save time by importing select fields directly from a patient's health history into their demographics—no manual retyping required.

🎂 Date of Birth Format Clarity
We've moved the DOB format hint outside the input fields in Self-Registration and the MyNEOHealth Patient Portal validation, making it clearer how to enter dates and reducing format errors.

💰 Insurance Benefits Documentation
Document insurance benefits directly where you enter insurance information.
New fields available:
  • Copay
  • Co-insurance
  • Deductible
  • Out of Pocket Max
All benefit information is now visible at a glance for faster reference.

✨WHAT’S IMPROVED:

Faster Appointment Rescheduling📆
When you reschedule an appointment from the patient's appointment history, the schedule now automatically opens to that appointment—no more scrolling to find the right day/appointment.

📅 "Today" Button on Schedule
A new "Today" button on the schedule lets you instantly jump back to today's view with one click.

WHAT’S FIXED: 🔨

🎂 Relationships Tab Birthday Display
Fixed a bug causing birthdays to display a day early or late in the Relationships tab. Dates now appear correctly.

🩺 Health History Display Issue
Resolved an issue where patient health history would occasionally not display on screen (though the data was always saved). Health history now appears reliably every time.
