  • Oops… patients were getting reminders for canceled appointments.
    As in: “Don’t forget your 2pm…” (that doesn’t exist anymore).
We fixed it! Now canceled really means canceled. No more ghost invites. 👻📬
 
🧩 The Great Zip Code Mystery (Parts 1 & 2)
  1. Editing Demographics
    You were told zip codes were required… even when they weren’t.
Fixed! Save without guilt or postal panic. ✉️✅
  1. N/A Where Zip Codes Should Be
    Patients entered their zip codes like champs when completing the Health History form… but you saw “N/A.”
Fixed! Zip codes now display properly on your end. 🗺️✅

  • A pesky formatting bug crammed everything at the top of the reset password screen and hid the beautiful NEO background.
