Previously, updating a note on an appointment (without changing the date or time) was accidentally sending out a new reminder—oops! We've fixed it, so now your clients won't get confused by unexpected messages. All good now! 👍

We found a pesky bug that was occasionally letting patients sneak into already-booked appointment slots when self-scheduling. We've shown it the door! Now your calendar is safe from accidental overlaps, and your schedule stays smooth and stress-free. 🗓️

 

📆Now You See It… Still There! 👀

Appointments would sporadically disappear from the schedule when marked as “Check In” or “Complete.” We’ve cleaned that up - They're staying put now—right where you expect them to be!

For a brief moment, saving your clinic hours didn’t quite work - changes just wouldn’t stick. That’s been sorted out, and now your hours save just the way you set them.

 

💲 No More Confusing Balances!

We caught a glitch where patients' balances would show as "due" even when their account was paid in full. It’s all sorted now - balances will display correctly, showing exactly what’s owed (or not owed)! ✅
